Worst Month for Bonds Since 2010 Lures Buyers to Treasury Notes

Consumer prices in the U.S. were unchanged in July for a second month, with the gain in the index of 1.4 percent over the past 12 months marking the smallest year-to-year increase since November 2010, the Labor Department reported on Aug. 15 in Washington.
