SeaWorld Files for Initial Share Sale as Blackstone Seeks Cash

SeaWorld has 11 parks that had more than 24 million guests this year at locations including Orlando, Florida, San Diego, California, and San Antonio, Texas, according to the filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
