With Japan’s decision to turn two reactors back on this month signaling a possible bottom for uranium prices, Paladin, which operates mines in Africa and explores for the fuel in Australia and Canada, may attract interest from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan-based Cameco Corp., Resource Capital Research said.
