Kurdish Women Assassinated as Turkey Talks to PKK Militants

People of Kurdish origin hold photos of three Kurdish women activists, killed yesterday in Paris during a demonstration on in Strasbourg on Thursday. The three killed are Sakine Cansiz, a founding member of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK, Fidan Dogan, the head of the cultural institute, and Leyla Soylemez, a Kurdish activist.
