Gasoline at U.S. Pumps Drops to Lowest in a Year on Supply Gain

Gasoline consumption fell 1.2 percent to 8.54 million barrels a day in the four weeks ended Dec. 7 and is down 8.1 percent from the same period in 2007, before the worst global recession since World War II, according to the Energy Department.
