Boulder County sheriff's deputy tapes a 'no trespass order' on the front door of a home that was foreclosed. Boulder County issued bonds in September 2006 for a Colorado school financed by unrated U.S. municipal debt that defaulted and lost investors money. It is sure to effect the community.
