Citigroup, Morgan Stanley Sued Over Overseas Shipholding

Citigroup Inc., Morgan Stanley and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. were among underwriters sued by an investor in a $300 million debt offering by Overseas Shipholding Group Inc., which filed for bankruptcy Nov. 14.
