The watercolor "Zwei schwarze Flecken" (Two Black Marks), (1923) by Kandinsky. The work is to be auctioned by Kunsthaus Lempertz in Cologne on Dec. 2. The heirs of Sophie Lissitzky-Kueppers, who owned the painting before World War II, say it was stolen by the Nazis, a view the auction house contests.
