Carney on Boston Bombing Suspect, FBI Handling

April 22 (Bloomberg) -- White House Press Secretary Jay Carney talks about the U.S. prosecution of Dzhokar Tsarnaev, the wounded 19-year-old man charged with the bombing of the Boston Marathon and the FBI's handling of a 2011 Russian tip on Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the elder of the two brothers now linked to the bombing.
