Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Bloxham, chief Australia economist at HSBC Holdings Plc in Sydney who is also on the Reserve Bank of Australia shadow board of economists, talks about the nation's economy and central bank policy. Australia’s economy expanded slower than economists forecast last quarter as non-dwelling construction and machinery and equipment investment dropped.
