Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Scott Broussard, president of oil and gas at Linc Energy Ltd., talks about the company's oil-production plans in Umiat, Alaska. Linc executives say they're in a race against Mother Nature. If it doesn't get cold enough early enough or gets too warm too fast in the spring, the project could stall.
