Dec. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Wayne LaPierre, chief executive officer of the National Rifle Association, and former U.S. Representative Asa Hutchinson, an Arkansas Republican, speak at a news conference in Washington about the massacre of 26 children and administrators at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
