Sept. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Harvey Schiller, vice chairman of America’s Cup 2013 advisory board, talks about this year's sailing competition on San Francisco Bay and plans by Oracle Corp. Chief Executive Officer Larry Ellison to start a world series of racing with 10 or 20 franchises if Oracle Team USA defends its title this year.
