Pinto Says Fannie Mae Politicized Mortgage Lending
July 5 (Bloomberg) -- Edward Pinto, a resident fellow at
the American Enterprise Institute, talks about a U.S. report
saying that Countrywide Financial Corp. gave discount loans to former and current members of Congress and executives at Fannie Mae.
Pinto and Brant Imperatore, a partner at Cypress Group,
also discuss the relationship between the housing and labor
