July 24 (Bloomberg) -- Kenneth Squire, president of 13D Monitor, talks about the outlook for the buyout of Dell Inc. by founder Michael Dell and Silver Lake Management LLC. Dell and Silver Lake sweetened their offer for Dell Inc. today to about $24.6 billion, conditional upon new voting rules that would tilt shareholder support in their favor.
