Creepy Darpa 'Petman' Rescues from Chemical Attack

April 30 (Bloomberg) -- Meet "Petman," the latest innovation designed by Boston Dynamics. This robot, commissioned by Darpa: the Department of Defense's agency responsible for developing new military technology, could be the military's first line of defense in the event of a deadly chemical outbreak.
