UN OCHA's Fagan on Damages Caused by Typhoon Haiyan

Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Orla Fagan, public information officer at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, talks about damages caused by Super Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines and rescue efforts. Rescue workers from Japan to Singapore are rushing to the Philippines after Haiyan flattened buildings and unleashed flooding that may have killed as many as 10,000 people.
