July 4 (Bloomberg) -- On U.S. Independence day, Bloomberg News takes a look at the American flag manufacturing industry and break down some common myths such as "most American flags are actually made in China." In fact, only 5% of all American flags are made in China, the rest are manufactured by private companies in America. It's estimated that American companies produce $50-60 million worth of flags every year. (Source: Bloomberg)
