Feb. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Deputy White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest speaks about possible U.S. responses to the violence in Ukraine, President Barack Obama's budget plan and the Keystone XL pipeline. European Union governments today agreed on sanctions against Ukrainian officials, raising pressure on President Viktor Yanukovych to stem the violence between security forces and protesters.
