June 22 (Bloomberg) -- Igor Volsky, a fellow at the Center for American Progress, and Michael Cannon, director of health policy studies at the Cato Institute, talks about the Obama administration's Affordable Care Act and the law's individual mandate requiring most Americans to buy insurance. A ruling on the constitutionality of the mandate is among the last pieces of business heading into the final week of the Supreme Court's term.
