Mar. 12 (Bloomberg) -- John Bick, head of the Corporate Department at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, talks with Bloomberg Law's Spencer Mazyck about his representation of H.J. Heinz Co. in its recent acquisition by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. and 3G Capital. The ketchup maker was acquired for approximately $23 billion in the biggest U.S. acquisition this year.
