Mar. 12 (Bloomberg) -- John Bick, head of the Corporate Department at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, talks with Bloomberg Law's Spencer Mazyck about his representation of H.J. Heinz Co. in its recent acquisition by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. and 3G Capital.
