July 9 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama speaks about the crisis along the U.S.'s southern border with Mexico. Obama, speaking in Dallas after a meeting with Texas Governor Rick Perry, pleaded for Congress to "immediately" pass an emergency funding request to deal with a flood of migrant children at the border and urged Perry to pressure fellow Republicans to get it done.
