Aug. 30 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry and Ian Bremmer, president of Eurasia Group Ltd., offer their views on a U.S. intelligence assessment that concluded the Syrian regime carried out a chemical weapons attack on its own people and potential U.S. responses.
