Sept. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Fiat SpA Chief Executive Officer Sergio Marchionne talks about how efforts to merge with Chrysler Group LLC may have hit a snag as the United Auto Workers' Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association, or VEBA, which owns a minority stake, pushes instead for an initial public offering of the American carmaker.
