California Land Grab Threatens Cerritos Arts Center

Nov. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Bruce Barrows, mayor of Cerritos, California talks with Bloomberg's James Nash about California's order that the city sell dozens of properties including its performing arts center. California Controller John Chiang has ordered the Los Angeles suburb to sell $171 million worth of land that the city redevelopment center agency held before the state dissolved about 400 of the blight-fighting districts.
