Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- William Knoedelseder, author of the book "Bitter Brew: The Rise and Fall of Anheuser-Busch and America's Kings of Beer," talks about the possibility that Anheuser-Busch InBev NV may have to give up more control of U.S. beer distribution or even sell a brewery to settle an antitrust lawsuit by the U.S. to block the takeover of the rest of Grupo Modelo SAB.
