June 19 (Bloomberg) –- American Apparel Inc.’s board suspended Chief Executive Officer Dov Charney and said it plans to terminate the company’s founder for cause. Charney’s dismissal came out of an ongoing investigation into allegations of misconduct, and may trigger a notice of default, American Apparel said.
