Jan. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Lui Tuck Yew, Singapore's minister of transport, talks about the nation's licensing system that has made it one of the world’s most expensive places to buy a car. Lui says Singapore will stick to the system to encourage more people to use its expanding public transportation network. He spoke yesterday with Bloomberg Television's Haslinda Amin.
