Aug. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Chris Rupkey, chief financial economist at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, talks about Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke's speech today to central bankers and economists at an annual forum in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
