U.S. Reaches Agreement on Afghan Pact, Kerry Says

Nov. 20 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry speaks about an accord reached between U.S. and Afghan officials permitting some American forces to remain in Afghanistan next year.
