FINR Patient Allegedly Abused by Staff Members

Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Danny Silva, a patient at the Florida Institute for Neurologic Rehabilitation in Wauchula, Florida, is allegedly abused by staff members Landrey Johnson and LaKevin Johnson on Sept. 14, 2011. A FINR employee secretly filmed the event. Landrey Johnson and LaKevin Johnson were arrested and charged in September with abuse of a disabled adult. They were each sentenced to a year of probation last month on a charge of battery, according to the state attorney's office. (Source: Bloomberg via State Attorney's Office)

Trudeau Extends Timeline on Canada Refugee Resettlement
41:36 - Canada will bring in 25,000 refugees by the end of February, at an estimated cost of $678 million, over six years. This is the period of time Justin Trudeau's government expects it will take to re-settle and integrate refugees, financially. The plan will prioritize full families, women-at-risk, men accompanying parents and the LGBT community. Those refugees will mainly come from UN camps in Lebanon, Turkey and Jordan.
