July 11 (Bloomberg) -- Mississippi Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann and Percy Bland III, mayor of Meridian, Mississippi, talk with Bloomberg's Mark Niquette about the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that threw out a core part of the 1965 voting rights act.
