Murano Glassware's Melting Business Model

On the Venetian island of Murano master craftsmen have been making special hand-blown glass for centuries. Modern times though haven't been kind to the industry which may also have itself to blame for not cracking down hard enough on counterfeiting as Bloomberg's Eric Coleman reports.
