Walsh Urges Apple to Return Cash to Shareholders

Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Timothy Walsh, director of the Division of Investment for New Jersey's pension fund, talks about Greenlight Capital Inc. President David Einhorn's call for Apple Inc. to return more of its $137.1 billion in cash and investments to shareholders.
