Ed Koch, Former New York City Mayor, Dies at 88

Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Tom Keene remembers former New York City Mayor Ed Koch, who has died at the age of 88. Koch served three terms leading the city, bringing it back from the brink of bankruptcy in the late 1970's. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
