Oct. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Martin Schulz, a senior economist at Fujitsu Research Institute in Tokyo, talks about Japan's economy, government and central bank policies, and the yen. Exports in Japan increased less than expected in September, underscoring the challenge faced by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in his effort to boost growth.
