April 4 (Bloomberg) -- Rory Cullinan, head of the non-core division and asset protection scheme at Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, talks about his business mandate, addressing risk and the outlook for reducing assets. Since December 2008, Rory has attempted to unload 258 billion pounds in money-losing and unwanted assets. He spoke March 28 in London with Bloomberg's Edward Robinson.
