Aug. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Cliff Tan, East Asian head of global markets research at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., talks about Federal Reserve monetary policy. The Federal Reserve said persistently low inflation could hamper the economic expansion and pledged to keep buying $85 billion in bonds every month.
