Nov. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Rupert Nathan, an analyst at Fat Prophets, discusses today's shareholder vote on the proposed merger between Glencore International Plc and Xstrata Plc. Qatar Holding LLC, Xstrata’s second-largest shareholder, plans to abstain from a resolution on bonus payments for Xstrata managers.
