Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Tom Steyer is a billionaire on a mission -- so far he's spent more than $10 million to support various initiatives and political candidates who are opposed to the Keystone XL pipeline. Bloomberg's Betty Liu interviewed Steyer for an upcoming "Titans at the Table" special about why he thinks Keystone is a bad idea.
