Longriver Abandons $8.2B Severn Trent Offer

June 10 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Mark Barton reports that Borealis Infrastructure Management, including partners in the LongRiver group, has abandoned an $8.2 billion offer to purchase Severn Trent after the U.K. water utility declined to negotiate with the group. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown."
