Welfare Dependency Near Danger Level in S. Africa

Feb. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Welfare dependency, a problem across the developed world, has reached a danger level in South Africa. For 22 percent of households, social grants are the main source of income, according to the 2013 budget review.
