Ex-San Diego Mayor Filner Pleads Guilty to Felony

Oct. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Ex-San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, who left office after being accused of sexual harassment, pleaded guilty to false imprisonment and battery. Filner entered the pleas today in San Diego Superior Court.
