Jan. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Michael Huber, president and chief executive officer of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Niquette about a proposal to put a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage in the state before voters. Two local chambers of commerce, including Indianapolis, and employers led by Cummins Inc. and Eli Lily & Co. have opposed the resolution that would put the issue on the November ballot.
