Kerry Says Evidence of Syrian Chemical Attack Clear

August 30 (Bloomberg) -- Secretary of State John Kerry speaks about a U.S. intelligence assessment that concluded the Syrian regime carried out a chemical weapons attack on its own people and potential U.S. responses.
