Nov. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Su Keenan reports that on a conference call that acknowledged the firm receiving a Wells Notice from the SEC, SAC Capital Advisors CEO Steven Cohen stated that he acted appropriately while trading shares of drug makers in 2008.
