Walsham, Bourne Win in Empire State Building Runs

Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Suzy Walsham won the 36th annual Empire State Building Run-Up in 12 minutes, 5 seconds, marking her fourth title, while Mark Bourne was the first to cross the line in the men's invitational with a time of 10 minutes, 12 seconds. OPEC Output Cut May Not Drain Supply
