Falcone to Pay $18 Million, Admit Fault in SEC Case

Aug. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Billionaire hedge-fund manager Philip Falcone and his firm Harbinger Capital Partners LLC agreed to pay $18 million and admit wrongdoing to settle claims by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the regulator said today.
