Obama Warns Syria About Use of Chemical Weapons

Dec. 3 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama talks about the need to maintain joint arms-reduction efforts with Russia, prevention of weapons proliferation around the world and the potential use of chemical weapons by the Assad regime in Syria. Obama speaks at the National Defense Museum at an event marking the 20th anniversary of the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, which was created with the goal of securing and dismantling nuclear weapons and materials in former Soviet republics.
