Feb. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, a Democrat, talks with Bloomberg's Jennifer Oldham about his administration's initiatives to foster business growth, attract entrepreneurs and create jobs. Hickenlooper, up for re-election in November, is trying to move beyond divisive debates over civil unions, legalized pot, fracking and gun control and turn the discussion back to jobs.
